Shopping with Juice

Shopping on-line with Juice Electrical Supplies couldn't be any easier, or safer! We have invested heavily in online security to make your shopping experience as safe as possible. We have also spent a lot of time developing our site to make your online shopping experience quick and simple, so not only will you save money using us, you'll also save time.

To place your order, just follow these 6 simple steps:

1.    To add a product to your basket, add the quantity you require, and then simply click 'Add to Basket.' A pop up message will appear to let you know the product was added successfully. Alternatively you can use the drop down menu beside the product, where you can also access the Shopping List and Favourites functions (see below).

2.    When you have added all the products to your basket, you can click 'View Basket' from the Basket Summary menu on the right hand side of the page, or you can select this option from the very top of the page, or from a products drop down menu.

3.    If this is the first time you have used our online services, you will need to register your details. If you already have an account with us, you just need to log in.

4.    Once your details have been added click 'Continue to Checkout' where you will be shown the full invoice, including postage costs and VAT. If you are happy then click continue to be taken to our secure payment server.

5.    Enter your payment details and delivery information and click to go through to the confirmation page. When you're ready to proceed click confirm and your order will be placed.

6.    And you're done! You'll now receive two confirmation emails. The first is from us to confirm your order, and the second from Sage Pay confirming that you have paid. Now you can sit back and let us do the rest.

Using Shopping Lists

Each product has a drop down menu, and from this you can select 'Add to New Shopping List'. Every time you create a new list you'll be able to see it in this menu. Once you have selected 'Add to Shopping List' you will be taken to a new page where you can name your list and even add a client name if you're shopping for someone else. Click on 'Save Changes' at the bottom and you're done.

Now you can get back to shopping, and the next time you want to add an item to your shopping list, you just select the name of the list from a products drop down menu, and a pop up message will appear to let you know that the product was added successfully.

To view, edit or buy your shopping list, click on 'Account' at the top of the page. Log in if you haven't already, and click 'View your Shopping Lists'. From here you can view and delete lists, and edit items individually. When you're ready to buy, click 'Add List to Basket' and everything in the list will move to the basket, ready for purchase.

Even when you have purchased a shopping list it will stay on your 'Shopping List' list. You can delete it from the main menu or keep it if you might use it again. It's up to you, as you can create as many shopping lists as you like!

Favourites

Your 'Favourites' list is ideal for sorting products that you might buy on a regular basis - saving you the time it takes to find the correct item every time you log on. Similar to the Shopping List function, products can be added to the Favourites list from their own drop down menus. You will be prompted to log in if you haven't already, and a pop up message will let you know that the product was added successfully.

To view and edit your Favourites list, click on 'Account' at the top of the page, then click 'View your Favourites List'. You can change how you view your list by title, product code or date added, and each product in the list retains its drop down menu which you can use to add products to a shopping list or to the basket.

As with Shopping Lists, favourite items will remain on the list until you delete them from it, which you can do my clicking 'Remove from Favourites'.

Before you place your order just give us a call or send us an email to let us know what you've found cheaper and where, and we'll look in to it and get back to you. We can only match the price of items that are identical to ours, new and in stock, and will be unable to sell any items for lower than our buying price.

Our Returns Policy...

Before returning an item to us, you must provide us with all necessary information stating why you are doing so. Please click here to contact us. Once you have contacted us, you will be issued a Returns Authorisation Number that will allow us to process your returned items. You must be given a Returns Authorisation Number prior to returning your items.

Subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Juice Electrical Supplies Ltd does not sell products on a trial basis. Please ensure suitability prior to buying.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and providing the goods have been unopened and are in saleable condition, you may return your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Your card will be refunded as soon as the returned product has been processed. You will only be reimbursed for the delivery costs if the product is faulty, or was a delivery error made by Juice Electrical Supplies Ltd.
